Growing up in a family with 6 brothers and 1 sister didn’t lend a lot towards developing a female perspective in life, but as I grew older I learned an appreciation for unicorn sparkles and butterfly dreams. I spent the first half of my life missing a piece and when I found her, I knew instantly that she was the one for me. Falling in love and getting married changed my entire perspective on this world and made me focus on something so much more precious than my own needs. I feel so lucky to have found my match in life and while my album is in many ways a love song to my hounds, it is also a love song to the woman I married.
She is as much a part of me as I am and so it made sense to release an album that could highlight love, hope and puppy dog dreams alongside the adventures and hard knocks in life. Whether you’re still searching for your missing piece or you’ve already found your best friend, I hope that this album can help guide you on your path.
